Why you need a coach and mentor

If you look at any great person who has achieved anything you will most often find that they had a great coach and mentor. No matter how good a person is they still need that good person to help them with what they are doing.

A mentor can help you with the basics and once you have those down they can help you keep things straight in your mind. Sometimes you need someone just to keep you going when things just don’t seem to be going the way they should be. A mentor will be there for you and maybe tell you some little things that you are doing that just aren’t quite right. They will be there keeping you on track and remind you of your “why”.

Sometime it’s hard to get motivated and a mentor can help keep you moving and doing the little things that must be done on a regular basis to keep things moving in the right direction. It helps to have someone that can encourage you to keep going even when it looks like you’re not getting anywhere.
