5 Pillars a Company Should Have.

In order to find a company that will give you the best chance of making money and that the company will be around for some time to come it must have the 5 pillars.

1. It must have company management with experience and integrity.
The management should know what a network marketing company needs to be successful. One good way they can provide this is they have worked in network marketing and know what it takes to build a downline.

2. Timing in the industry.
What this means is the product is something that is in demand and will be in demand for some time. If your product is outdated or something that can be bought locally for less money it’s not good timing.

3. Great product.
Most companies have a good product or they aren’t going to make it for very long. It should be a product that in demand at a fair price that can’t be purchased locally for a lower price.

4. Compensation plan that pays the part time person.
The compensation plan should pay the part time person as most of the people that join are going to be part time people. If all the money is made by the people at the top then people don’t have a real incentive to work the business.

5. A  duplicatable system to build the business.
It must have a system that you can plug people into and they can duplicate what all the others are doing to build their business. This is one of the most important things to have if you want your business to grow.
